The Rolex Sea-Dweller is a men's dive watch that was first announced at BaselWorld in 2017. This timepiece features plenty of elegant qualities that set it apart from the rest. First off, it features a stainless-steel round casing with polished edges, closed back and a satin top. It uses Oystersteel of 904L steel family that is extremely resistant to corrosion and withstands the toughest environments. The crown uses the patented Triplock technology to secure the case with screws.
The Rolex features a uni-directional rotating bezel that uses a polished stainless-steel rim presenting a ridged edge for perfect grip. In addition, the bezel insert contains a durable ceramic design with high scratch and corrosion resistant properties and doesn't fade. The numbers and graduation indexes have a Matte platinum coating and the starting triangle has a luminous dot. It uses a black dial featuring a durable blue luminous material with polished white gold rimmed hour markers. What's more, the minutes/seconds tracks have a fine print and the date window displayed at 3 o'clock. The watch features the new generation caliber 3235 automatic movement by Rolex for excellent performance. This movement offers ultimate advantages in regards to accuracy, power reserve, shock and magnetic field resistance, expediency and consistency. Using the new Chronergy ridge patented by the brand, it provides high energy efficiency with excellent dependability. It has water resistance properties of up to 1200 meters.
